This holiday season, CME Federal Credit Union is proud to once again partner with the City of Columbus Division of Fire, IAFF Local 67, and FOP Capital City Lodge #9 to bring warmth and hope to Central Ohio families through the Hearts & Heroes Holiday Food Drive.
Now through November 24, we’re inviting our community to help stock local food pantries and support families who might otherwise go without. Together, we can make a difference—one can, one meal, one act of kindness at a time.
How You Can Help
It’s easy to get involved! Simply drop off non-perishable food items at any CME Federal Credit Union branch, The Central Ohio Fire Museum & Learning Center, or participating Columbus Fire Stations: 28, 23, 17, 11 and the CFD Training Academy. Every contribution—big or small—goes directly to support local food banks serving families across Franklin County and beyond.
Most-needed items include:
Chili with Beans
Tuna
Canned Vegetables
Canned Meat
Soup with Vegetables
Peanut Butter
Canned Fruit (in juice or light syrup)
*Please ensure all food items are sealed and within the expiration date.

Our firefighters, police officers, and credit union team members share one goal—to ensure that no Central Ohio family goes hungry this holiday season.
