  • Be sure to report the card lost/stolen as quickly as possible. Using our mobile app/online banking, you can do this 24/7 under Card Management

  • Call the Member Care Center at (614) 224-8890. During regular business hours, you will be directed to a CME rep for assistance. During non-business hours, you will be directed to the fraud center, which can block your card
